Dr. Xavier P. Ordonez, O.D. F.A.A.O.
Dr. Xavier P. Ordonez is a graduate of the State University of New York, College of Optometry. In 1997, he completed his residency training in Low Vision and Ocular Disease. In 1999, Dr. Ordonez completed his fellowship and is currently a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry. He has also published various research papers in the field of Optometry. Dr. Ordonez is also involved with the Hollywood Lions Club, so please donate your old glasses for the less fortunate.
Dr. Ordonez interest in Optometry started in college where he began doing research at the Sheie Eye Institute in Philadelphia. His interest in eyecare and research lead to a doctorate degree in Optometry in 1996. After completing his residency in New York, Dr. Ordonez found true love and followed his heart to California where he has been happily married for 9 years. You will find many of Dr. Ordonez's certificates and diplomas on the exam room walls. However, his greatest accomplishments you will find are the pictures of his five year old twin boys, Alex and Owen, and his lovely three year old daughter, Livia.
Dr. Frederick M. Raymond, M.D.
Dr. Frederick M. Raymond, M.D. is pleased to have been raised in the city of Whittier and in fact his parents still reside locally. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California at Los Angeles and received a Bachelor's Degree. His Medical Degree was received from the University of Southern California and he completed his Medical-Surgical Internship and Ophthalmic Residency at the Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center in conjunction with Doheny Eye Institute. Additionally, he completed rotations at Children's Hospital in Los Angeles and Rancho Los Amigos. Dr. Raymond is a member of The Los Angeles County Medical Association, The California Medical Association and The American Academy of Ophthalmology. He has been in practice for 29 years. Additionally, Dr. Raymond is an American Red Cross Volunteer and a Board Member of the Greater Pasadena Aid Fund- a non profit organization providing aid to those patients with a terminal illness.
Dr. Raymond is blessed with three daughters, one of which is in the field of Public Relations in the city of Los Angeles, the second is a High School Teacher in Houston, and his third daughter is in the field of Investment Banking in Washington D.C. It is his continued aspiration to provide quality Ophthalmic Care in the community and therefore has a platform of service orientation.
